软件功能
实时数据或图形（LOG/LINER TIMESCALE）显示：
*	CHANNEL MAP 显示各CHANNEL之状态显示；
*	实验前可预先INSERTION OPEN/SHORT测试以确定DUT安置良好；
*	HISTORY FILE 记录变动或异常状态以便日后检视；
*	异常中断时可自先前状态自动恢复执行，恢复后数据连续不中断；
*	长档案分割储存及连结功能，自动备份保存。



结果分析图表显示：
*	可多通道同时显示；
*	刻度与参数条件设定；
*	统计生效分部图表；
*	ZOOM设定；
*	报表打印功能。
